HOW TO ENJOY SOVAGE DRINKS?

Our 3 cocktails are drunk very cold served in beautiful glasses. You can add edible flowers or ornaments to perfect the cocktail experience.

• HOW DO I CREATE MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

  To create your Sovage account and customer profile, click on the My Account icon at the top right of the screen.

  Click on "New customer", fill in the fields with your information, validate. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.

  You also have the option to create your account at the time of purchase.

• HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

  To log in to your Sovage account and customer profile, click on the My Account icon ( ICON ) at the top right of the screen. Insert your email and password then click "log in"

• DO I HAVE TO CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

  No, creating an account is not mandatory to place an order.

• HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN VALIDATED?

  When you place an order with SOVAGE, you will receive a confirmation email. You will find your order number and a summary of your order. You can also view your order in the “My Account” section in the “Orders” tab.

• IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  At SOVAGE, we make it a point of honor to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately transmitted to our warehouse for processing. As a result, it is generally difficult for us to interrupt this process. However, if you need to modify your order, do not hesitate to write to us at commande@sovage.fr . We will do our best to accommodate your request as much as possible. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

• The pre-order system allows you to have early access to Sovage products and reserve your packs. The shipping date of the product is indicated on the product page.
